Peach Crisp



Did you know that South Carolina produces more peaches than any other state in the south? So with peach season still here, I had to play around with a peach crisp!




Get Your Ingredients Together


4 to 5 cups of sliced peaches

1/2 cup of sugar

2 table spoons of corn starch

sprinkle of cinnamon

1 1/2 cup of rolled oats

1/2 cup of flour

1/2 cup of brown sugar

1 stick of butter







Directions



1 Preheat your oven to 350


2 Use a 8x8 baking dish and add your peaches, corn starch, sugar and a sprinkle of cinnamon


3 In a mixing bowl add you oats, flour and brown sugar and butter. Use your hands to combine it all together


4 Add crumble mixture over the peaches- pat it down just a little bit


5 Bake for 40 minutes or until mixture is bubbly
