Muffin Top Pumpkin Cookies




It may be August still but, Hobby Lobby had their fall décor (and Christmas) out in July so I think were good here. I will say I'm not a PSL fan but, any pumpkin baked treat - I'm on board!


If you are a muffin top fan, you're going to love these. Thick, moist, pumpkin flavor coming your way! This recipe makes a ton, so I make mine a little bigger, since there is only two of us in this house!



Get Your Ingredients Together


1 cup of sugar

1/2 cup of brown sugar

1 cup vegetable oil

2 eggs

1 can of pumpkin

1 TBS of vanilla

4 cups of flour

2 TSP baking soda

4 TSP baking powder

1 TSP salt

2 TBS cinnamon

2 TBS pumpkin pie spice

2 cups of half semi-sweet half milk chocolate





Directions



1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees


2 Mix together sugars, oil, eggs, pumpkin, and vanilla in one bowl


3 In a separate bowl mix your flour, baking soda/ powder, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin spice


4 Combine the dry into the wet ingredients


5 Fold in chocolate chips


6 Line your baking sheet with parchment paper scoop out the dough with hands or icecream scooper


7 Put in the oven for 10-15 mins depending on size
