Cinnamon Roll Casserole

Cinnamon Roll Casserole stole the show Christmas Morning and bonus it's super easy!

What you Need

2 rolls of cinnamon rolls and icing

1/4 butter melted

2 eggs

1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream

2 tbsp flour

3 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 chopped pecans

Directions:

1. Melt butter and coat baking dish with butter (use all of it)

2. In a bowl, beat eggs, cream, flour, cinnamon and vanilla

3. Open cinnamon rolls and cut them up in pieces. Toss them in the bowl and mix all together, coating each piece.

4. Pour everything in baking dish and sprinkle with pecans.

5. Bake at 350 for 18-25 minutes.

6. When done take out and spread icing on top ( you may want to buy additional icing)
